Associate Director (Impact)

Dr Chew Han Ei is Associate Director (Impact) at Singapore Management University and a member of the Digital for Life Fund Steering Committee. He works at the intersection of research, public policy, and institutional impact, with a focus on impact evaluation and quantitative policy research, particularly in areas such as digital trust, online harms, and technology adoption. He has led multiple large-scale research projects and contributes actively to public and policy conversations on technology, society, and governance.
